1. Introduction

Welcome to Toine Scripts (store.toine.me). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of digital products (specifically FiveM Scripts) provided through our store.

2. Merchant of Record (Tebex)

Please note that our store utilizes a "headless" e-commerce architecture. While we provide the front-end interface, Tebex acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all transactions.

When you make a purchase, your transaction, invoicing, and payment are processed directly by Tebex. All purchases are therefore subject to Tebex's own Terms and Conditions, which you will be required to review and accept during the checkout process.

Tebex exclusively handles all aspects of payment, billing, and VAT compliance.

3. Products and Delivery

We offer digital content (FiveM scripts). These are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. Once your payment is successfully processed by Tebex, the digital product will be automatically delivered to your linked account or made available for download.

4. Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Due to the digital nature of the products sold, and in accordance with French and European consumer protection laws regarding the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium:

By completing the purchase and accessing or downloading the digital content, you expressly agree to the immediate execution of the contract and expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

All sales are final once the digital content has been delivered. No refunds will be provided unless explicitly required by our Merchant of Record (Tebex) or if the product is proven to be fundamentally defective and unfixable by our support team.

5. Intellectual Property

All scripts, code, and intellectual property associated with the digital products remain the exclusive property of Toine Scripts. Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use it under the specific terms provided with the script, but does not transfer ownership. Reselling, redistributing, or leaking the scripts is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

Toine Scripts shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, server downtime, or any other issues resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our digital products. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
