How do I purchase a script?

Simply browse our store, select the product you want, and click "Add to Cart". Complete the checkout process through Tebex's secure payment platform. We accept all major payment methods including PayPal, credit cards, and more.

Who processes my payment?

All payments are processed by Tebex Limited, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Tebex handles all transaction security, tax calculations (VAT/GST), and payment processing.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit cards), and other payment methods supported by Tebex. The available options will be displayed during checkout based on your location.

Delivery & Activation

What is Portal Cfx.re (Keymaster)?

Portal Cfx.re is the official license management system for FiveM scripts and assets. When you purchase a product, the license is automatically assigned to your Cfx.re account, allowing you to:

• Download and update your scripts
• Manage which servers can use the script
• View your purchase history
• Access product documentation

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is instant and automatic. Once payment is confirmed by Tebex, your license key is immediately added to your Portal Cfx.re account (usually within seconds).

I didn't receive my script, what should I do?

If you don't see your purchase in Portal Cfx.re after a few minutes:

1. Check that you're logged into the correct Cfx.re account
2. Verify your payment was successful (check your Tebex confirmation email)
3. Wait 5-10 minutes for the automatic sync to complete
4. If still not visible, contact us at contact@toine.me or via Discord with your Transaction ID

Refunds & Returns

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final. Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products and in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the script is delivered to your Cfx.re account.

Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases such as critical product defects that cannot be resolved within 72 hours, and must be requested within 48 hours of purchase.

How do I request a refund for a legitimate issue?

For any billing or refund requests, you must contact Tebex Support directly:

What happens if I open a chargeback?

DO NOT open a chargeback without contacting Tebex Support first. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

• Permanent revocation of all purchased licenses
• Ban from all Toine Scripts services and Discord
• Your payment information being flagged by Tebex

Installation & Support

How do I install a script?

Each script comes with detailed installation documentation. Generally:

1. Download the script from Portal Cfx.re
2. Extract the files to your FiveM server's resources folder
3. Add the resource to your server.cfg
4. Configure the script according to the documentation
5. Restart your server

Do you provide technical support?

Yes! We provide support for:

• Installation assistance
• Bug fixes and critical errors
• Configuration guidance
• Compatibility updates for FiveM changes

Technical Questions

Can I use the script on multiple servers?

This depends on the product license. Most scripts are licensed for a single server. Check the product description for specific licensing details. You can manage which server uses the license from Portal Cfx.re.

Are scripts obfuscated?

Some files may be obfuscated to protect intellectual property. Configuration files are always readable. Attempting to de-obfuscate or reverse engineer protected code violates our Terms of Service and will result in license revocation.

Do you provide updates?

Yes! Updates are provided free of charge for active license holders. You'll receive notifications when updates are available, and can download them from Portal Cfx.re.

What frameworks do you support?

Our scripts support popular FiveM frameworks including ESX, QBCore, and standalone configurations. Check each product's description for specific compatibility information.
